To successfully create a sense of place, the architect must address more than just buildings. The space between the buildings is a vital consideration.   How well our structures relate to their surroundings, is just as important as the aesthetic success of an individual piece of architecture.

Successful placemaking is ecological by nature.   Mixed-use and higher density patterns of development are inherently more efficient uses land and energy.

The focus of our master planning work, as well as the design of our individual buildings
